Brent is responsible for the development and operation of the Startup Center and the delivery of its signature entrepreneurship and innovation courses, workshops, mentoring programs, new venture competitions and other extra-curricular startup advancement events. Prior to directing the Startup Center, he was the Director of Acceleration Curriculum within ASU’s Office of the Vice President for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.


Brittany Martin

Coordinator- Student Engagement

As the Coordinator for Startup Center, Brittany oversees the programming and logistics as well as acting as the front line for Startup Center students. Brittany obtained her Master of Advanced Study in the Social Work field from ASU, with an emphasis in Infant-Family Practice. After working in child welfare for three years, Brittany transitioned into an Operations role within Sun Devil Athletics before joining the Student Engagement team within FSE. During her undergraduate years at ASU, Brittany was on the Diving team for four years and graduated from Barrett the Honors College. Brittany also coordinates for the EPICS program and Study Abroad for Fulton Schools of Engineering.
