Robert Green Receives Top 5% Teaching Award for FSE 501 – Technology Entrepreneurship
We are thrilled to share that Robert Green, a dedicated Venture Mentor and accomplished entrepreneur, has been honored with the Top 5% Teaching Award within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering (ASA) at Arizona State University. This recognition celebrates his outstanding work teaching FSE 501 – Technology Entrepreneurship.
Robert brings a uniquely rich perspective to his students and mentees, drawing from an impressive career that includes practicing law at a major New York City law firm, founding and operating multiple successful companies (including an ASU spin-out), running a public company, and leading AZBio, Arizona’s bioscience trade group. His entrepreneurial ventures span biosciences, diagnostics and testing, laboratory development and construction, investment and management, and the development of novel medical devices.
Since 2012, Robert has been a valued mentor guiding aspiring entrepreneurs at ASU’s Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute. In 2023, he expanded his impact by teaching a graduate course in entrepreneurship at the Fulton Schools of Engineering, where his commitment to fostering innovation and student success has been recognized through this prestigious award.
Beyond the classroom and mentoring, Robert is also a published author, media commentator, and the recipient of numerous accolades, including the Spirit of Success Award presented by the Governor of Arizona. We congratulate Robert on this well-deserved honor and thank him for his continued dedication to shaping the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
