In Lower Mekong, where Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam are located, practicing agriculture is the inhabitants’ primary occupation. However, the use of sustainable agriculture which increases productivity is underutilized. So, through Mekong-U.S. Partnership Young Scientist Program, ASU is helping the region’s young scientists and researchers in the areas get hands-on entrepreneurial experience and develop solutions to agricultural technology and business challenges.
